> IMPORTANT: TaxedFor provides ESTIMATES only. Read all of the following:
> Budget allocation percentages are APPROXIMATIONS derived from publicly available federal and state spending data. They may not reflect the most current fiscal year allocations.
> OCR-based W-2 parsing may contain errors or misread values from your document. Always verify extracted numbers match your actual W-2 before relying on any output.
> Online data sources may not be updated in real time and may not reflect recent legislative budget changes.
> TaxedFor is NOT a tax preparation service.
> TaxedFor does NOT provide tax, legal, or financial advice.
> Results should NOT be used for tax filing, financial planning, or legal purposes.
> Always consult a qualified tax professional or CPA for official tax matters, filing assistance, or financial advice.
> You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you enter or upload into TaxedFor.
> Do NOT upload W-2 documents or tax information belonging to other individuals without their explicit consent. Misuse of this Service for unauthorized access to others' tax information is prohibited and may be illegal.
> TaxedFor, its design, content, and codebase are owned by The Tighlman Group LLC. All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
> The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
> To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tighlman Group LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in budget data, OCR parsing errors, damages, losses, or consequences arising from your use of this Service — including but not limited to reliance on figures for tax filing or financial decisions.
> You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Tighlman Group LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
> These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
> In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation.
> If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
> We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
> The Service is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). By using the Service you represent that you are at least thirteen (13). Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
